- नियम-पुस्तिका डाउनलोड करें — हर भर्ती की अलग नियम-पुस्तिका esb.mp.gov.in पर होती है। पद-कोड, योग्यता, आयु और शुल्क वहीं लिखे होते हैं।
- MPOnline पर फ़ॉर्म भरें — MPESB परीक्षाओं की सूची में अपनी परीक्षा चुनें। ख़ुद (सिटीज़न यूज़र लॉगिन) या अधिकृत कियोस्क से।
- शुल्क चुकाएँ और रसीद रखें — आवेदन-पत्र क्रमांक से ही आगे प्रवेश-पत्र मिलता है।
- सुधार-अवधि में जाँचें — श्रेणी, जन्मतिथि, पद-कोड की पसंद; अवधि ख़त्म होने के बाद बदलाव नहीं होता।
- Download the rulebook — each recruitment has its own on esb.mp.gov.in, with post codes, qualifications, age and fees.
- Fill the form on MPOnline — pick your exam from the MPESB exams list, yourself (citizen login) or at a kiosk.
- Pay and keep the receipt — your application number gets you the admit card later.
- Check during the correction window — category, date of birth, post-code preferences; no changes after it closes.

समूह-2 उपसमूह-4 भर्ती 2026 (विज्ञापन 04.08.2026, आवेदन 04.08 – 21.08.2026) में पंचायत राज संचालनालय के पद-कोड 97 से 101 (खंड पंचायत अधिकारी, डाटा एंट्री ऑपरेटर, पंचायत समन्वय अधिकारी — सीधी भर्ती व बैकलॉग) बाद में विलोपित कर दिए गए। MPESB ने केवल इन्हीं पद-कोड के आवेदकों के लिए 17.09.2026 से 27.09.2026 तक शुल्क वापसी की खिड़की खोली — आवेदकों को MPOnline पोर्टल पर अपनी जानकारी ख़ुद दर्ज करनी थी। सबक: ऐसी सूचना पर नज़र रखें, वापसी अपने-आप नहीं होती।
In the Group-2 Sub-group-4 recruitment 2026 (advertised 04.08.2026, applications 04.08 – 21.08.2026), the Panchayat Raj Directorate’s post codes 97–101 (Block Panchayat Officer, Data Entry Operator, Panchayat Coordination Officer — direct and backlog) were later deleted. MPESB opened a refund window from 17.09.2026 to 27.09.2026 only for applicants of those codes, who had to enter their details on the MPOnline portal themselves. Lesson: watch for such notices — refunds are not automatic.

समूह-3 (द्वितीय) 2026 में विभागों के नए पत्रों के बाद परीक्षा तिथि बदली, पद बढ़े और फ़ॉर्म दोबारा खोले गए (27.10.2026 तक, अब बंद)। समूह-2 2026 में जिन अभ्यर्थियों की परीक्षा उसी दिन की ASI/हेड कांस्टेबल (कंप्यूटर) प्रायोगिक परीक्षा (27.09.2026) से टकरा रही थी, उनकी तारीख़ बदली गई और नए प्रवेश-पत्र जारी हुए। इसलिए परीक्षा से पहले MPESB की वेबसाइट और हमारा ताज़ा अपडेट पेज ज़रूर देखें।
In Group-3 (Second) 2026 the exam date changed, posts were added and forms reopened (until 27.10.2026, now closed) after new department letters. In Group-2 2026, candidates whose exam clashed with the ASI/Head Constable (Computer) practical test on 27.09.2026 were rescheduled with new admit cards.
