MPPSC की सूचनाएँ कैसे समझें — उत्तर कुंजी, चयन सूची, 87/13, केविएट और उम्मीदवारी निरस्त

1. प्रावधिक उत्तर कुंजी (Provisional Answer Key)1. Provisional answer key

परीक्षा के कुछ दिन बाद आती है। यह आयोग का अस्थायी उत्तर है, और इसी समय आप ग़लत उत्तरों पर आपत्ति कर सकते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, विधि अधिकारी परीक्षा-2026 की परीक्षा योजना के अनुसार आपत्ति 5 दिन तक, ऑनलाइन ही ली जाएगी, ₹150 प्रति प्रश्न + ₹40 पोर्टल शुल्क पर, और यह शुल्क वापस नहीं होता। हर परीक्षा की अवधि और शुल्क अलग हो सकते हैं, इसलिए उसी परीक्षा की सूचना देखें।

Comes a few days after the exam. It is the Commission’s provisional answer, and this is your only window to challenge wrong answers. For example, the Law Officer 2026 exam plan allows objections for 5 days, online only, at ₹150 per question plus a ₹40 portal fee, non-refundable. The window and fee can differ by exam, so check that exam’s own notice.

What to do: check your answers, and object only when you have proof from a standard book or official source — the expert committee looks for evidence, not arguments. If the issue is a translation mismatch, remember that MPPSC usually treats the Hindi version as authoritative.

2. अंतिम उत्तर कुंजी (Final Answer Key)2. Final answer key

आपत्तियों पर विशेषज्ञ समिति के फ़ैसले के बाद जारी होती है। इसके बाद कोई आपत्ति नहीं सुनी जाती। जिन प्रश्नों का कोई भी विकल्प सही नहीं निकला, वे हटा दिए जाते हैं; जिनके एक से ज़्यादा विकल्प सही निकले, उनमें सभी सही विकल्प मान्य होते हैं। उदाहरण: Assistant Town Planner Exam 2026 की प्रावधिक कुंजी 21.09.2026 को और अंतिम कुंजी 07.10.2026 को आई।

Released after the expert committee has decided the objections. After this, no objection is heard. Questions with no correct option are dropped; where more than one option is correct, all of them are accepted. Example: the Assistant Town Planner Exam 2026 provisional key came on 21.09.2026 and the final key on 07.10.2026.

3. लिखित परीक्षा परिणाम — और असली ख़तरा: दस्तावेज़ भेजने की तारीख़3. Written result — and the real trap: the document deadline

लिखित परिणाम में पास होना चयन नहीं है। परिणाम के साथ ही आयोग अभिलेख (दस्तावेज़) भेजने की अंतिम तिथि बताता है, और यहीं सबसे ज़्यादा अभ्यर्थी बाहर होते हैं।

Passing the written exam is not selection. Along with the result, the Commission sets a last date for sending your documents, and this is where most candidates fall out.

आपको क्या करना है: परिणाम वाले दिन ही सूचना पूरी पढ़ें, परिशिष्ट वाले क्रम में स्व-प्रमाणित प्रतियाँ लगाएँ, हर पेज पर नाम और अनुक्रमांक लिखें, और स्पीड पोस्ट की रसीद संभालकर रखें। एक हफ़्ते का मार्जिन लेकर भेजें।

What to do: read the notice in full on result day, attach self-attested copies in the order given in the appendix, write your name and roll number on every page, and keep the speed-post receipt. Send with at least a week’s margin.

4. “उम्मीदवारी निरस्त किए जाने संबंधी सूचना”4. “Notice of cancellation of candidature”

यह सूचना दो वजहों से आती है: या तो आपने तय तारीख़ तक दस्तावेज़ नहीं भेजे (ऊपर वाला मामला), या दस्तावेज़ों की जाँच में पाया गया कि आप विज्ञापन की योग्यता पूरी नहीं करते। जैसे सहायक प्राध्यापक (योगिक विज्ञान) परीक्षा-2025 की 15.10.2026 की सूचना में आयोग ने पहले पूरी योग्यता-शर्तें दोहराईं — 55% अंकों के साथ स्नातकोत्तर, NET/SLET/SET, या UGC नियमों के अनुसार PhD — और फिर मुख्य भाग के एक अभ्यर्थी की उम्मीदवारी निरस्त की। कारण: उनकी स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि विज्ञापन में माँगे गए विषय या सहविषय में न होकर “मानव चेतना एवं योगिक विज्ञान” विषय में थी। यानी डिग्री के विषय का नाम भी मायने रखता है। ऐसी सूचना से असहमत अभ्यर्थी तय अवधि में आपत्ति दे सकते हैं — इस मामले में सूचना की तारीख़ से 7 दिन।

This notice comes for one of two reasons: either you did not send documents by the deadline (the case above), or scrutiny found you do not meet the advertised qualifications. In the 15.10.2026 notice for Assistant Professor (Yogik Vigyan) Exam 2025, for example, the Commission first restated the qualifications — a postgraduate degree with 55%, NET/SLET/SET, or a PhD meeting UGC rules — and then cancelled one main-part candidate’s candidature. The reason: their postgraduate degree was not in the advertised subject or an allied subject but in “Human Consciousness and Yogic Science”. In other words, the exact name of your degree subject matters. Candidates who disagree with such a notice can file an objection within the stated period — 7 days from the notice date in this case.

सबक: आवेदन से पहले योग्यता ख़ुद जाँचें। विज्ञापन साफ़ लिखते हैं कि अगर बाद में किसी भी स्तर पर अयोग्यता मिली, तो उम्मीदवारी — यहाँ तक कि चयन के बाद भी — निरस्त हो सकती है।

Lesson: check your own eligibility before applying. Advertisements state plainly that if ineligibility is found at any stage — even after selection — the candidature can be cancelled.

5. साक्षात्कार आयोजन संबंधी सूचना5. Interview schedule notice

इसमें तारीख़, समय और रिपोर्टिंग का स्थान होता है — और अक्सर मूल दस्तावेज़ों की सूची भी। साक्षात्कार में ग़ैरहाज़िर रहने वाले को चयन के लिए अयोग्य माना जाता है। सामान्यतः विज्ञापित पदों के अधिकतम तीन गुना अभ्यर्थी बुलाए जाते हैं।

Gives the date, time and reporting venue — and often the list of original documents to bring. A candidate absent from the interview is treated as ineligible for selection. Usually up to three times as many candidates as posts are called.

6. चयन सूची, प्राप्तांक सूची और “87 प्रतिशत मुख्य भाग”6. Selection list, mark list and the “87 percent main part”

चयन सूची (Selection List) में वे अभ्यर्थी होते हैं जिनका लिखित + साक्षात्कार के कुल अंकों के आधार पर चयन हुआ। प्राप्तांक सूची (Obtained Mark List) में साक्षात्कार देने वालों के अंक होते हैं — चयन न होने पर भी अपनी स्थिति समझने के लिए यह सबसे काम की सूची है।

The selection list names candidates selected on their combined written + interview marks. The obtained mark list gives the marks of everyone interviewed — the most useful list for understanding where you stood, even if you were not selected.

87/13 क्या है? सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग के 29.09.2022 के पत्र के अनुसार MPPSC कई भर्तियों में पदों को दो हिस्सों में बाँटता है: 87% मुख्य भाग और 13% प्रावधिक भाग। मुख्य भाग का परिणाम अभी घोषित होता है; प्रावधिक भाग का परिणाम OBC आरक्षण से जुड़े न्यायालयीन मामले के अंतिम निर्णय के बाद घोषित किया जाएगा। उदाहरण: सहायक प्राध्यापक (वाणिज्य) परीक्षा-2024 के कुल 111 पदों की चयन सूची 21.09.2026 को सिर्फ़ 87% मुख्य भाग के लिए जारी हुई।

What is 87/13? Under a General Administration Department letter of 29.09.2022, MPPSC splits posts in many recruitments into an 87% main part and a 13% provisional part. The main part’s result is declared now; the provisional part’s result will be declared after the final court decision in the pending OBC-reservation litigation. Example: for Assistant Professor (Commerce) Exam 2024 with 111 posts in total, the selection list issued on 21.09.2026 covers only the 87% main part.

आपके लिए मतलब: अगर आपका नाम मुख्य भाग में नहीं है, तो इसका मतलब हमेशा “असफल” नहीं होता — आप प्रावधिक भाग के परिणाम के दायरे में हो सकते हैं। अपनी स्थिति प्राप्तांक सूची से मिलाएँ।

What it means for you: not being on the main-part list does not always mean “not selected” — you may fall within the provisional part’s result. Check your position against the mark list.

7. केविएट विज्ञप्ति (Caveat Vigyapti)7. Caveat notice

केविएट एक क़ानूनी सूचना है जो आयोग अदालत में पहले से दाख़िल करता है, ताकि अगर कोई चयन सूची को चुनौती दे, तो अदालत आयोग का पक्ष सुने बिना कोई अंतरिम आदेश (जैसे रोक) न दे। 21.09.2026 को आयोग ने वाणिज्य की चयन सूची जारी करते ही बताया कि वह जबलपुर (मुख्यपीठ), इंदौर और ग्वालियर — तीनों पीठों में केविएट दायर कर रहा है।

A caveat is a legal notice the Commission files in court in advance, so that if anyone challenges a selection list, the court will not pass an interim order (such as a stay) without hearing the Commission. On 21.09.2026, right after issuing the Commerce selection list, the Commission announced it was filing caveats at all three benches of the High Court — Jabalpur (principal seat), Indore and Gwalior.

What it means for you: nothing to do. It signals the Commission intends to defend its list, and appointment of selected candidates should move ahead.

• हर सूचना की दिनांक और क्रमांक नोट करें — बाद में किसी भी पत्राचार में यही काम आते हैं।
• सूचना में “अंतिम तिथि” शब्द दिखे तो उसी दिन कैलेंडर में डालें।
• आवेदन में दिया ईमेल और मोबाइल चालू रखें; आयोग इन्हीं पर सूचना भेजता है, पर ज़िम्मेदारी वेबसाइट देखने की आपकी ही है।
• सिर्फ़ mppsc.mp.gov.in की सूचना पर भरोसा करें। आयोग ख़ुद लिखता है कि किसी व्यक्ति के कहने पर चयन का दावा धोखा है।

• Note each notice’s date and reference number — you will need them in any later correspondence.
• When a notice says “last date”, put it in your calendar that day.
• Keep the email and mobile number from your application active; the Commission uses them, but checking the website is your responsibility.
• Trust only notices on mppsc.mp.gov.in. The Commission itself warns that anyone promising selection is running a fraud.
