सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने सिविल अपील 1385/2025 और 1386/2025 में 01 सितंबर 2025 को आदेश दिया। उसके पालन में MPESB ने “प्राथमिक एवं माध्यमिक कक्षाओं में अध्यापन कर रहे शिक्षकों के लिए पात्रता परीक्षा-2026” निकाली। यह नए अभ्यर्थियों की भर्ती नहीं है — यह उन शिक्षकों के लिए है जो पहले से कक्षाओं में पढ़ा रहे हैं।

The Supreme Court passed an order on 01 September 2025 in Civil Appeals 1385/2025 and 1386/2025. In compliance, MPESB announced the “Eligibility Test 2026 for teachers teaching primary and middle classes”. It is not a recruitment of new candidates — it is for teachers already teaching.

  • अक्टूबर 2026 तक MPESB ने नए शिक्षकों की कोई सीधी भर्ती या नई शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा (नए अभ्यर्थियों के लिए) घोषित नहीं की है।
  • जब नई परीक्षा आएगी, उसकी योग्यता (D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. आदि), आयु और न्यूनतम अंक उसी की नियम-पुस्तिका में होंगे — पुराने वर्षों के आँकड़ों पर भरोसा न करें।
  • MPESB की सभी परीक्षाओं में आधार अनिवार्य, पात्रता प्रावधिक और परिणाम परसेंटाइल में होता है — MPESB के सामान्य नियम देखें।
  • As of October 2026, MPESB has not announced a direct recruitment of new teachers or a new eligibility test for fresh candidates.
  • When a new exam comes, its qualifications (D.El.Ed. / B.Ed. etc.), age and minimum marks will be in its own rulebook — don’t rely on figures from earlier years.
  • Every MPESB exam requires Aadhaar, treats eligibility as provisional and reports results as percentiles — see MPESB’s common rules.
