इनके अलावा तकनीकी पद भी हैं — उप-निरीक्षक (आयुध) समूह-1 में, और उप-निरीक्षक (फ़ोटो, क्यू.डी., अंगुल चिह्न) समूह-2 में। हर वर्ग में 10% पद भूतपूर्व सैनिकों और 15% पुलिस कर्मचारियों के लिए हैं, और सूबेदार व SI (ज़िला बल) में 35% पद महिलाओं के लिए।

There are also technical posts — Sub-Inspector (Armourer) in Group-1, and Sub-Inspector (Photo, QD, Fingerprint) in Group-2. In each category 10% of posts go to ex-servicemen and 15% to police employees, and for Subedar and SI (District) 35% go to women.

वेतन: सूबेदार और सभी उप-निरीक्षक — लेवल-9, ₹36,200–₹1,14,800 (परिवीक्षा में पहले तीन वर्ष 70/80/90% स्टायपेंड)।

Pay: Subedar and all Sub-Inspectors — Level-9, ₹36,200–₹1,14,800 (70/80/90% stipend in the first three probation years).

योग्यता और आयुEligibility and age

• सूबेदार और SI (विशेष सशस्त्र बल / ज़िला बल): किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक।
• SI (आयुध): मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में 3 वर्ष का पॉलिटेक्निक डिप्लोमा।
• SI (फ़ोटो / क्यू.डी. / अंगुल चिह्न): गणित, भौतिकी या रसायन शास्त्र के साथ स्नातक।
• अधिकतम आयु (23.09.2026 को): MP के अनारक्षित व EWS पुरुष तथा दूसरे राज्यों के अभ्यर्थी — 33 वर्ष; MP की सभी महिलाएँ, MP के SC/ST/OBC, और शासकीय कर्मचारी व नगर सैनिक — 38 वर्ष। आरक्षण या आयु-छूट के लिए MP का मूल निवासी होना ज़रूरी है।

• Subedar and SI (Special Armed Force / District): a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• SI (Armourer): a 3-year polytechnic diploma in mechanical engineering.
• SI (Photo / QD / Fingerprint): a bachelor’s degree with maths, physics or chemistry.
• Maximum age (on 23.09.2026): 33 for MP unreserved and EWS men and for out-of-state candidates; 38 for all MP women, MP SC/ST/OBC, and government employees and home guards. Reservation and age relaxation need MP domicile.

• 100 अंक, 2 घंटे, बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न, कोई नेगेटिव मार्किंग नहीं।
• विषय: हिंदी भाषायी बोध, अंग्रेज़ी भाषायी बोध, विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता, इतिहास, भूगोल, विज्ञान, नागरिक शास्त्र, बुनियादी कंप्यूटर ज्ञान, तर्कशक्ति और करंट अफ़ेयर्स।
• पालियाँ: सुबह 10–12 (रिपोर्टिंग 8–9) और दोपहर 3–5 (रिपोर्टिंग 1–2)।
• प्रारंभिक के अंक अंतिम चयन में नहीं जुड़ते। हर वर्टिकल श्रेणी (UR/OBC/ST/SC/EWS) में पदों के दस गुना अभ्यर्थी मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए चुने जाएँगे; कट-ऑफ़ के बराबर अंक वाले सभी अभ्यर्थी शामिल होंगे, भले संख्या दस गुना से ज़्यादा हो जाए।

• 100 marks, 2 hours, multiple choice, no negative marking.
• Subjects: Hindi comprehension, English comprehension, analytical ability, history, geography, science, civics, basic computer knowledge, reasoning and current affairs.
• Shifts: 10 am–12 noon (reporting 8–9) and 3–5 pm (reporting 1–2).
• Prelims marks do not count in the final selection. In each vertical category (UR/OBC/ST/SC/EWS), ten times the posts are called to the mains; everyone tied at the cut-off is included even if that exceeds ten times.

उसके बाद: दूसरा चरणAfter that: the second stage

1. मुख्य लिखित परीक्षा — MPESB लेगा (पैटर्न नियम-पुस्तिका के परिशिष्ट दो में)।
2. शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षण — मुख्य परीक्षा के आधार पर पदों के तीन गुना अभ्यर्थी: 800 मीटर दौड़, गोला फेंक और लंबी कूद; साथ में मूल दस्तावेज़ों की जाँच।
3. साक्षात्कार।

1. Main written exam — by MPESB (pattern in Appendix-2 of the rulebook).
2. Physical test — three times the posts, based on the mains: 800 m run, shot put and long jump, along with original document checks.
3. Interview.
