किसे चाहिए: SC/ST/OBC अभ्यर्थियों को आरक्षण व शुल्क छूट के लिए जाति प्रमाण पत्र; OBC नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर और EWS के लिए आय प्रमाण पत्र; सामान्य वर्ग के आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर अभ्यर्थियों को 10% आरक्षण के लिए EWS प्रमाण पत्र चाहिए।

- पहचान प्रमाण — आधार कार्ड
- निवास प्रमाण — राशन कार्ड / बिजली बिल
- जाति प्रमाण के लिए — पिता/परिवार का पुराना जाति प्रमाण या संबंधित दस्तावेज़
- आय/EWS के लिए — आय का विवरण, स्व-घोषणा / शपथ पत्र
- 10वीं की मार्कशीट (आयु/पहचान हेतु), पासपोर्ट फोटो
- Identity proof — Aadhaar card
- Residence proof — ration card / electricity bill
- For caste — father’s/family’s older caste certificate or related document
- For income/EWS — income details, self-declaration / affidavit
- 10th marksheet (for age/identity), passport-size photo

MP e-District पोर्टल mpedistrict.gov.in पर लॉगिन/पंजीकरण करें।

आवश्यक सेवा चुनें — “जाति प्रमाण पत्र”, “आय प्रमाण पत्र” या “EWS प्रमाण पत्र”।

फॉर्म भरें, दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करें और शुल्क जमा करें।

Application ID नोट करें; स्वीकृति के बाद डिजिटल प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करें।

Log in/register on MP e-District mpedistrict.gov.in.

Choose the service you need — “Caste Certificate”, “Income Certificate” or “EWS Certificate”.

Fill the form, upload documents and pay the fee.

Note the Application ID; after approval download the digital certificate.

💡ज़रूरी बातेंKey points
- OBC अभ्यर्थियों से अक्सर हाल का (recent) नॉन-क्रीमी लेयर प्रमाण माँगा जाता है — अधिसूचना में मान्य तिथि देखें।
- EWS प्रमाण पत्र सामान्यतः एक वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए मान्य होता है — भर्ती के समय वैधता ज़रूर जाँचें।
- नाम/स्पेलिंग सभी दस्तावेज़ों में एक जैसी रखें ताकि फॉर्म रिजेक्ट न हो।
- OBC candidates are often asked for a recent non-creamy-layer proof — check the valid date in the notification.
- An EWS certificate is generally valid for one financial year — always verify validity at recruitment time.
- Keep your name/spelling identical across all documents so the form is not rejected.
