PET की तैयारी कैसे करें?

  • Stamina बढ़ाएं: 25 किमी की walk के लिए leg strength और endurance दोनों ज़रूरी हैं — cycling और swimming भी helpful हैं।
  • सही जूते पहनें: Trek/walking shoes पहनें, sports shoes नहीं। बड़े पैमाने पर walking में सही footwear critical है।
  • खान-पान: Protein-rich diet, हाइड्रेशन, और energy bars exam से 1 दिन पहले।
  • Mock Walk करें: 2 सप्ताह पहले से 20+ किमी की practice walk करें — terrain को समझें।
