MPTET — क्यों ज़रूरी है?
MPTET (Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) — पब्लिक एग्जामिनेशन बोर्ड (PEB) द्वारा आयोजित। यह Certificate 3 साल के लिए valid होता है। बिना MPTET के Samvida Shikshak के लिए apply नहीं कर सकते।

Samvida Shikshak Selection Process
- MPTET Pass करें: peb.mp.gov.in पर register करें, exam दें, 60% (Gen) / 55% (SC/ST/OBC) लाएं।
- RSK Notification: rskmp.in पर Samvida Shikshak vacancy notification देखें।
- Online Application: Required documents के साथ apply करें।
- Written Exam (Professional Knowledge Test): Subject knowledge + pedagogy।
- Merit List: Written (60%) + Academic Marks (40%) से बनती है।
- Document Verification: TET Certificate, Degree, Caste Certificate, D.El.Ed/B.Ed।
- Posting: District preference के अनुसार posting, 3 साल probation।
✅ Regularization का फायदा: 3 साल Samvida (Contract) के बाद successful candidates को Regular Teacher के रूप में absorb किया जाता है — तब 7th CPC का पूरा वेतन मिलता है।

MPTET — Why It’s Mandatory
MPTET (MP Teacher Eligibility Test) is conducted by the Public Examination Board (PEB). Valid for 3 years. Without a valid MPTET certificate, you cannot apply for Samvida Shikshak.
